Jim & Kim Setser- Lead Pastors
Jim and Kim have served as Sr. pastors of Abundant Life Tabernacle since 1977. In 2002 the church was blessed to move to their present 34-acre property that is bounded by two state highways and one county road. Jim and Kim founded of Germantown Christian Schools in 1980, and are co-founders of Abundant Life Missions International: a mission organized and serving in Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. Today the mission oversees over 75 churches, one Christian School for the homeless, and one orphanage. His teaching and preaching has allowed him to travel across the U.S. and in 20+ foreign countries.
Matt & Jessica Wilson- Youth Pastors
Matt and Jessica have been serving the youth of the Miami Valley for the last 13 years. Each of them work as full-time teachers in the public school system and double as the youth pastors of our student ministry, Haven Youth Church. Their lives are spilled for the young people of our community and for their own family. Matt and Jessica have four children, Jude, Ezra, Theo and Eve.
Jeremiah Collins- Principal of Germantown Christian Schools
Jeremiah Collins is from Trenton, Ohio and has been on staff at Abundant Life Tabernacle full time since August of 2017. He graduated with an Honors diploma from Edgewood High School in 2011 and went straight to Bible College, where he competed 2 years of ministerial training. After graduating, he returned to the Refuge School of Ministry, and began working as a Ministry Leader and Teacher up until 2017. During this time he graduated with his Associates degree at Enterprise Community College, and then transferred to Troy University to further his degree in Elementary Education. In 2017, the position at Germantown Christian School opened up, and after much prayer, he felt led of the Lord to move back home to Ohio and take the position as Principal of GCS. He now resides in Franklin, OH, and continues to evangelize the country preaching the Gospel as well as furthering his education at Western Governors University.
Tessa Tanton- Executive Administrator
Tessa Tanton is from Enterprise, Alabama and has been on staff at Abundant Life Tabernacle full time since January 2018. She graduated with an Advanced Diploma with Honors from Geneva High School in 2013 and went straight to ministry school, where she completed 2 years of ministerial training. After graduating, she began working at Refuge Christian Academy and Preschool for 3 years where she found her passion for secretarial work. In 2017, the position at ALT opened up and through much prayer, she felt led to make the transition and join our team.
